All is in "like new" condition. I purchased the Alu-Cab 3R from Mule Expedition in Tualatin, OR in January 2024 and they installed it on my SmartCap, mounted on a 2024 Chevy Silverado ZR2 Short Bed. I'm 70 years old and my wife isn't too keen on climbing the ladder so all is up for sale. Have only slept in 3R half dozen times and majority of time truck parked in garage. The Planar Heater has only been used two times other than firing it up occasionally as recommended in the manual.
I assembled the SmartCap myself and installed on my ZR2 using my Kubota tractor with forks and wood frame I made so if you happen to be (or planning to travel to) in the Driggs, ID or Jackson Hole, WY I could install the 3R and SmartCap. I did drill a 1/2" hole in passenger side rear of SmartCap for a cable gland waterproof wire pass through (sealed with Sikaflex). I used this to connect 12v to the Tents Anderson connector for the LED light and USB charger in the tent.
I can also drive to your location and have installer of your choice do install if it is western U.S. and discuss my travel costs.
