Your exterior dimensions match the "medium" and your mattress dimensions match the "medium XL" from what I see on their site?

Oops, nevermind, I was looking at the Airland Plus model. I guess after realizing that I'm surprised that the AirTop is only 3" larger in exterior vs mattress dimensions vs the dimensions of the Airland Plus. Must be the raising mechanisms are different?
