This is a high quality, extra-large roof top tent from Cascadia Vehicle Tents with two aluminum ladders that sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. The tent itself is in excellent condition. Unfolded, it has a king size mattress and 4 large windows, each with its own mesh screen, sunshade and awning. Additionally, the 2 large entries also have mesh screens and sunshades and are covered by a large overhanging awning that protects you from the elements as you enter and exit the tent. This tent is great for families – our family of four (two teenagers) has slept in here very comfortably. The tent also comes with an annex for additional space if needed, although we have never had to use it.

Tent dimensions open: 87″ (2210mm) wide x 132″ (3353mm) long x 50″ (1270mm) high
Tent dimensions packed: 87″ (2210mm) wide x 48″ (1220mm) long x 15.5″ (394mm) high

Do you know how old the tent is? That looks like the Mt Denali from CVT, but with the older ladders.

Hi Gabriel. Thank you for picking up on that. I am located in Salt Lake City, UT. The tent is about 7 years old, but in great shape!
