Used summit series Mt. Rainier 3+ person tent with extended fly and matching 75" awning. The tent has been used but is holding up fantastic. This is still from the original manufacturing facility and the construction quality shows. All seam tape is still in great shape and is still waterproof. The tent has always been on the trailer and stored inside which also minimized unnecessary wear and tear. No issues with the tent, just looking to move to a sleep-in trailer.
