I have approximately 80% of the parts needed to convert your econoline van to a 4x4. The parts I have are based off the U-Joint offroad kit. I bought all of this a while back from a guy to convert my van, but priorities have changed and I just sold my van. I will list the parts I have below.
-Front and rear axles. Both are out of a 99-04 F-350. They have 3.73 gears and are Dana 50's I believe. I have all the steering components for the front.
-NV271 transfer case.
-Crossover steering knuckle. It is identical to the U-Joint one.
-U-Joint transmission Crossmember. U-joint part #TX002.
-U-Joint extended brake lines.
-U-Joint fuel tank shortening kit.
-U-Joint electronic ratio adapter for transmission.
-Rear springs for a 4" lift. These are factory ford that have been re-arched and have a leaf added.
-Rear driveshaft that is ready to be cut to the length you need.
-I have a few other odds and ends that go as well.
