The 1400 size is perfect for 2 adults with room for a child or to keep some gear with you. The mattress is comfortable and the heavy duty tent canvas keeps noise down in the wind and moderates temperatures better than nylon fabrics. I have never had condensation in the tent, unlike other RTTs I have owned. The included annex sets up in minutes and provides an additional 30 sq ft of ground space which is great in the wind or for privacy.
This tent is in excellent condition. It has been stored inside my garage in Washington most of the year. We used it during the winter months for trips to Baja and Death Valley.
