I certainly wasn't picking it apart. I am actually very impressed with the build and especially the price. Was merely wondering why the top speed would vary between what the op stated vs. what someone else posted as the data sheet.

Not sure if you are referring to me, but that is not my intention.
I am in the market for my next vehicle, and still researching.
One of my criteria is that I be able to go over a mountain pass at the speed limit.

I think some of your questions are answered in post #10 of this thread. (I'm not sure of DeepSixMotors is responding to this thread anymore, as he's posted another about this rig, but maybe my post will help alert him to your question...)
