Description: This is a UHG1060 Universal Hitchgate - Offset swing arm tire carrier. It comes wit the optional license plate relocation kit but it no longer has the MasterLock cable lockout that came with it.

Known Problems: None, I bought it less than a year ago. It is in perfect condition.
