Has been on approximately ten trips. Mattress cover put on over factory cover when new. Mattress pad and sheets used on top of that. Found that factory mattress cover had tears when removing our mattress cover. (See pictures) Ventilation fan does not work. Solar overcharged battery within first year of ownership. Hasn’t been an issue and we preferred not listening to fan. Otherwise normal wear and tear for a RTT. Awning enclosure has been used a few times. Very nice to have walls and tunnel in less than desirable weather conditions.
Will consider selling the awning and enclosure separately but not the tent.
