My wife and I are wanting to sell our James Baroud Nomad 160. This is the second of these tents we have owned. When first exploring RTT travel, we bought a heavily used Nomad 160 which saw us from Mexico to Inuvik in Canada's NW Territories. We swapped up to a new model of the same tent before last summer's adventures to Utah and California's Lost Coast. This spring saw us in Guadalupe Mountain National Park and over to Big Bend Ranch State Park. I would estimate this tent has been used no more than 20 nights total, and carefully cleaned and stored after each outing.
The tent is quick to set up, and staggeringly comfortable! I have added an additional layer of foam under the mattress and a layer of Reflectix on the base for cold weather use. Our summer plans for 2019 do not allow for us to use the tent and we want someone to enjoy it as it deserves to be used! We have so enjoyed travel with the RTT, our plans are to upgrade to a Hard-Shell Alu-Cab this fall.
The tent retails new for $2,422.00. Because of the circumstances in which we came to own this current tent, I am willing to part with it for $1,500.00 (plus shipping or delivery from Oklahoma City).
