This trailer was professionally welded and built from the ground up. It is all steel construction on the frame with aluminum sides and heavy, heavy duty. It has a 3.5k lb dexter axle with trailer brakes and 33x12.5R15 Toyo M/T Open Country tires on a TJ bolt pattern. Up front is a Bulldog swivel jack, I believe 5k lb capacity. In the back are stabilizer bars that fold down and extend to level the trailer yet they fold completely out of the way while traveling. The tongue is extendable approximately 6-7ft to put it in those tight places or get it back out. On the back is a standard 2” receiver with a tow hook but capable of accepting bike racks or anything on a 2” receiver. You can even remove the draw bar from the front of the trailer and slide it into the back to maneuver it even more.
To attach to your tow vehicle it has the fully articulating max coupler. The box on the trailer has a heavy duty lid that is lifted with pneumatic struts and completely waterproof. The tailgate folds open and is also heavy duty capable of holding multiple full grown men sitting on it. The tailgate also folds down for any sort of drawer system you might want to install in the box. The box itself is 57”x42” and holds plenty of gear for my family of four. The trailer is wired for a 6-way but I have an adapter for a 7-prong that will go with it. It was set also wired to charge an onboard battery for an electrical system which I never got around to fabricating.
The tent is the CVT Mt Shasta Stargazer model with the built in windows in the ceiling. It has no tears and operates flawlessly. The annex also comes with it and provides about a 7’x7’ footprint easily capable of holding multiple cots or airbeds. This is an amazing setup and I truly hate to see it go.
This is about as robust of an off road trailer that you could build, I have used it elk hunting and family camping but unfortunately I will be moving soon to an area less conducive to my adventures. Please let me know if you have any questions!
The only known issues is some paint rubbing off in a few areas from use. Other than that the trailer and tent system is in excellent condition ready to go on your next adventure!
Asking: $6,400
