2020 OP4 up for sale with pretty much every modification done that you would want to do if you purchase a new one or a stock one.

Factory options: Pole Awning, Projector Screen, Dometic Heater, Dual Propane tanks, king bed extensions, privacy curtains, Storage cover

Aftermarket Additions: ARK750 tongue jack, 3 brand new BFG K02 All-Terrain tires, 200AH Renogy Lithium batteries with bluetooth, Renogy One M1 battery monitor/switch panel, 20A AC to DC Renogy Charger, Renogy 100W briefcase solar panel with 20ft cable, Lagun table leg upgrade, Seaflow water pump upgrade, updated exterior shower box, Complete Joolca on-demand hot water system with tent and all fittings to connect to trailer gas and water lines.

I've owned for nearly a year and a half and purchased from the original owner. I've yet to service the wheel bearings to close out the season so that's the only thing I'd recommend this trailer needs ahead of the new camping season.
