What year did you buy it? What date code is on the bottle? Has it been re-certified?

Got it this year, it 3-4 months old. Like I said it is basically brand new. Why would I have to get it re-certified?

Only if the date code on the bottle is expired. It shouldn't be if you bought it from a reputable dealer...
