Condition: Lightly used - purchased July 2021, only 5 nights in it, included mattress was not used as I had installed a inflatable mat. Original mattress included in sale. Sold together as the awning is installed already on the tent. Awning never deployed other than during installation. Was on my Jeep (sold) and now on my Bison
