SOLD Scout Overland Equipment kitchen. Western, CO

* * SOLD * *
This is a Scout Overland Equipment kitchen, a kitchen in a box basically, with very little use, in excellent shape. It’s approximately five years old, but was only installed in my old 80 series for about six months, it has been stored indoors covered since then. It’s made of an extruded aluminum frame with 1/2” (approx.) plastic panels and uses some pretty burley drawer slides. There are three drawers one for the kitchen utensils, another for a cook stove (not included) and the largest has a sink/ faucet set up.
Kitchen drawer includes:
2 knives
Tongs
Can opener
Scissors
Mixing spoons and spatula and a cutting board
None of the utensils have used
And room for more stuff
The faucet requires a power source to work, whether that be a “house battery” or from the vehicles main battery(ies).
It fastens to the cargo area floor of an 80 series using the 3rd row seat anchor points, it could be pretty easily made to fit other vehicles by simply drilling new mounting holes.
I basically never ended up using it, I already had a camping system/set up that I like. I never got around to installing it in any of my vehicles since the 80 series, hopefully someone can put this to good use. I do have the installation instructions/manual pdf.
The slide catches/locks can be sticky when closing the drawers and requires one to push up on the catch/lock to release (see pic # 5)

I could put this on a pallet and ship via Fastenal, which is typically a bit cheaper than UPS or FedEx freight.

Do you know approximately the weight of this? Also, what is the capacity of the water tank? I'm interested and live nearby in Montrose, but weight is a factor in my setup. Thanks for your time.

The water capacity is 10 liters/ 2.5 gallons. It weighs 100 lbs empty ( no water, stove or additional stuff in the drawers) according to the manufacturer. Outside dimensions are:
19” high x 20 1/2” wide x 36” deep/long.

This is still available.
The stove in the pic is not included, it’s just for reference/ to show the kitchen all set up.
