My brother bought several of these for work and I picked one up on the order, thinking I would use it instead of the phone I have now. I never activated it, and decided to stick with my iphone instead.
Phone is brand new, never activated. I did pop in a SIM card to make sure it worked when I got it, made 1 phone call and then put it back in the box. Phone color is black.
