Source for rod and main bearings for 4D34 engine?

I am looking at changing out the mains and rod bearings in my Fuso engine as preventative maintenance (they are worn), any aftermarket sources? So far it looks like they are a dealer only item.

You might try Tom's Truck Center in Santa Ana, CA.
They are selling a lot of 'surplus' OEM overhaul kits on eBay, so maybe they will have what you need at a good price.
(disclaimer- no experience with them, I've only seen the auctions. seller ID is ttruckcenter)

Thanks for the information Mog and PKreamers. In the end the local dealer gave me a good price and I went with OEM. Mine had developed some pretty serious wear.

I am ondering if you have the main and rod torque spec for the 4D34T engine. The dealer tells me 22 ft lbs + 90 degrees for the rods, and 36 ft lb + 90 degrees for the mains, but they are not sure if this is for a 4M50 or a 4D34T. I am trying to locate a service manual without relying once again on the dealer...

Thanks

Thanks

my 2002 - 2004 manual says that's for the 4m5 engine.

the specs for the 4d3 engine are 22 ft lbs + 90 degrees for the rods and 43 ft lbs + 90 degrees
