Great report and many, many nice pics.

How's the road down into Beef Basin? I've been at the Needles District from the Squaw Flat side since 1979, but never from the Bears Ears side. We're spending a lot more time these days south of the Abajos. Canyonlands has just gotten too crowded.

Thanks for the great report; tons of photos, narrative and trail beta! I've been to some of the places in the report but for Hole in The Rock it was from down on the Lake in a houseboat.
