If you've got the space in the vehicle, I'd run both. Gives you more options for talking to people and if other people in your group have both, depending on terrain, etc. one may have better range in some situations, the other might to better at another time. Plus, you get the option of using the CB to talk to other vehicles while using the GMRS on a different channel to talk to a spotter on a handheld or something without cluttering up the group channel or having to switch away from it.
