spotted: D2 G4 Challenge in Concord CA

I've been seeing a D2 G4 Challege drivng east after work on Treat Blvd in Concord Ca. It still has a Cole European paper plate. Just wondering if its anyone on here. I honked at you yesterday and waved.

is it lifted. I've Seen around a G4 around Martinez near the Refinery.

I think it higher than a stock d2. Not sure if the G4 comes from the factory lifted.

I've seen that truck too. and the G4 is stock height from the Factory
