Saw this in my facebook feed today- seems like it could be a very cool platform to build out. Nice generator install, looks like some serious expense into power distribution, low miles on the diesel.

Might be the first 7.3 front wheel drive I've seen. Or could that be mistake?

Floor height does look awfully low... is it possible it was a FWD conversion for the sake of lowering the floor?

Indeed, it's an Overland ELF, converted to FWD with an Italian axle and standard Ford 4-spd automatic. Probably a transfer case with no rear driveshaft.
