Spring loaded to "off" shower head for water savings?

I'll be going remote camping with some family and water is a big concern. They think water is like unlimited. Has anyone seen a shower head that has a spring loaded to "off" button so that the only way water comes out is if they are actively pressing the button?

If you have hot water, you could incorporate a mix valve with the kitchen sprayer.
