As a family we used this tent for an expo trip from CA to AK back in 2012. Since then we've used it may once a year and the kids are slowly leaving our home for the next phases of their lives. It has never been stored wet or damp and always put away dry as a bone. I've got the door mat, organizer, canopy, ground cloth/tarp, all the necessary stakes and original storage bags. Currently Kirkhams has this listed around $800. For now I'm asking $650 with a local pickup in Visailia, CA or Woodburn, OR (between Salem and Portland). I'd like to avoid shipping given the expense and hassle at this point. Please note I simply threw it up for photos so I only used four stakes.

Woohoo, bump for our tent twin! We love ours and with a new baby we are currently looking at trying one of those disc-o-cot bunk bed setups to fit the family. We have three different Springbar tents and there really isn't a better tent for anyone who has the room to pack it.
