Would this fit a 2 door without the backseat in?

Probably not since it does use the rear seat mounting bolt on the 4 door as one of the mounting points. On the 2 door you wouldn't have this mounting point. Only the rear door guides (where the plastic snubber is by the door latch) and the two hard top mounting points (which I am not sure is they are in the same location on the 2 door).

I'm wanting to put an auxiliary battery in the back of my JK, and came across these. Love the look of them, but would love to hear from others that that been running one for a while, particularly with a battery sitting in it.

Is there anything which isn't quite right, or you don't like about it?

I have been quite lazy this summer... lol. Not even a battery yet. I have been putting this project (aux battery) off cause the cost will top $700 (with the battery/charger) without the battery meter/ACDC converter. It will be so nice though to just have so much reserve battery for the fridge and whatnot.

Nope its a set it and forget it operation, the only qualms I have is it added weight to rear of vehicle.
