I GOT IT!!!! I went to my local Mclendons hardware store (if they went nation wide it would be awsome because they are a great store, they put lowes and home depot to shame) and i bought some fiberglass reinforced cut off wheels. Like a mini angle grinder wheel, and man do they work slick! they cut through the stuff like butter! yesterday it had taken me about 45min to cut one hole. started with drawing, then punching holes, then trying a few different techniques, then using the terrible jigsaw, to finally a crooked hole.

With the dremel, i cleaned up the first hole, and cut another hole in about 5min. This thing is GREAT!!! GO BUY A DREMEL! mine was 45 bucks single speed with a few attachments.

What about a square hole punch?

The linked one is rather pricey, though...

Greenlee makes punches also.

You can but premade panels that hold several of those switches so you just cut one big hole instead of a bunch of small ones. They are not ARB switches, they are carling j series, look through digikey or mouser at the accessories for them.
