Stake pocket capacity?

I'm building a rack to support a roof-top-tent on my truck and hope to use the stake pockets to hold the uprights for this project.

That being said, anyone know how much weight I can safely put in there?

I've seen a fair amount of weight on them... you may wish to do something that spreads the load across the top of the bedside too. Somewhere around here there is a thread showing how Goodtimes and I setup the RTT rack on my Dodge.

I'll take a look for it later.
