Thanks to everyone on the portal for keeping there eyes open for our trailer.....I hope we find him before the cops do....He has no idea...

I have searched every single Craiglist in the USA. Searched under "adventure trailer" with all categories under "for sale" listed. Nothing yet there either. Never hurts to look everywhere.

If anyone wants to play detective and help out they might want to call these local gas stations. They gotta have gas and that set up is hard to miss.

Keeping my eye's peeled around east Tucson. There's a farrier shop just up the street from my house. I'll try to stop by and talk with them.

In 1-1/2 weeks I'm headed over to Glenwood/Mogollon New Mexico, I'll keep eyes open there. I'll have my AT in tow.

Hoepfully I don't get arrested, since mine looks an awful lot like the stolen one.

Call Police

I would hope that this stolen trailer was reported to the police, so if they run the plate it will come back stolen. If it's spotted by someone on this or other forums, it's probably more prudent to call the police rather than AT's business number so as to get an immediate response and recover the trailer and make related arrests. Good luck getting the trailer back.

Follow them to a diner, pull up next to their Jeep, unhitch it from the Jeep, hitch it to your rig, call AT owners, call authorities...

Or, follow em and call the authorities

... maybe spool out his winch cable and wrap it around a nearby semi truck axle.. Like in the movies

My father spotted this trailer yesterday, 5/12, on Arizona State Route 191, between Clifton, AZ and and Alpine, AZ, a few miles south of Alpine.

He is sure it was this one, and sure that it was a Black 4 door towing the thing.

I left you a phone message as well, feel free to call if you need to.

That may have been Mario. I spoke with him as he was broken down in Flag on Sunday night and he told me he was heading over to the Pinetop area. His Jeep truck could easily be mistaken for a Cherokee when passing the other direction. Just a thought.

And in the big picture, we are talking about a replaceable commodity, albeit a valuable one that is certainly not worth potential loss of life or serious injury. Think of how Martyn would likely feel if a fellow ExPo was hurt or killed trying to recover this trailer on their own. Or if the person trying to recover it injured the man's innocent children.

Also, wouldn't Mario chime in about that actual circumstance as to rule it out by now?

Martyn posted after the post about the sighting and he didn't say it was Mario, he should know.

Mario's MJ is silver/gray and the Renter's rig is black.

I'm not trying to argue...Jeesh. I know there are differences, but, at highway speeds and traveling in the opposite direction, mistakes can be made.

I know, not trying to argue either, i was just pointing out the colors for anyone that may see either rig. So they'll know. Some may have not known what color Mario's rig is.

Yeah i posted it in three places on Mud. And im trying to get woody to post it as a Announcement, but so far he hasn't.
