Storage system that sets-up/breaks down in mins?

My search has yielded me nothing. Looking to see if anyone has ever made a storage system that sets-up/breaksdown in a couple of mins? With it also being adjustable depending on the needs of what is being packed. Not looking for it to be for a specific vehicle, just looking for ideas and brainstorming what I can do for my 2000 tundra.

I see those tie downs being used more often. Definitely a nice option for different container sizes.

Here's my brain storming idea. With the bed, build two storage containers the full length of the bed and attached to the bed rails. The middle will be an open area to fit any miscellaneous containers/coolers/what not and as a pathway. The storage containers will also act as a sleeping platform. I want to build each container in muliple (3 or 4) sections to allow for the adjustability of what ever I'm storing/hauling. Keeping in mind, that this set-up can be easily broken down completely and set-up within several minutes. This also hasto be a low $$$ budget build. Sky is not the limit. Water proofing is not a major concern right now either. Especially with the camper shell.
