Does the Congo cage have all the mounting hardware? Also, can it be broken down so i could get it home in my commuter car (SS Cobalt). I live out in Pine Valley, so i can pick up locally.

hey sdjeep,
it was off my rig, sitting next to my garage, when my jeep was stolen. so basically, no, it doesn't have any mounting brackets. thats why I'm selling it $250 bucks cheaper than you'd pay new, in the hopes that it'll offset someone's cost with a
bit of footwork/mod work to mount it.

I'm not sure if cargo master would sell the brackets or not. It does have the bolts that it used to mount to the jeep, which makes things easier.

Regards...Brian

Oh, and yeah, it does break down, but the top tubes are about 6-7 feet long. The hoops are about 24-30" tall and about 48" long...approx.

Sorry to hear about the Jeep. I've been away from the board so i was unaware of it. I will try to do a little work to see if i can get those brackets and i will let you know. In the meantime if someone else grabs it thats cool.

groovy. let me know.

Also, let it be known that I'm very open to offers from a "portal'r", since it really is of no use to me, seeing how I am Jeepless.

:)

If you feel up to throwing a UPS label on the rack/congo cage.. I might be able to make use of it. Looking for something to throw on the top of my M101 trailer so I wouldn't need the brackets.

I'd drive down and grab it, but I don't think I'll make it down that far for a while.

Sorry to hear about the Jeep.

Thanks Graham for pointing me to this thread.

I'm interested in the rack, the gunsafe, and the fuel can.

I have a couple shackles in good condition, I have an MV-50 compressor in great shape, with bag and bits and everything, and I have another portable compressor that I have never used, still in the box, its one of those all in one things, of dubious quality. I have two inexpensive $40 Radio Shack CB radios, and a well used handheld Cobra CB radio, One of the radios is brand new, the other is well used but in great shape, though perhaps a bit dusty... and I have cash (in smaller quantities that's I'd like!)

sorry to post this and not get back to anyone, but these are all still for sale, save for the gas gan. I'm going to keep that for my XJ, now.

my response post is still current.

Hey Nathan,
Sounds good, I'll PM you when I get off work, so we can do some swapping. I'd say you have enough that I'm interested in, that we can keep $$ out of the equation. :) More fun that way!

Do you have the model number on the CB handheld? I think that it would be a great option for me, to have something removable.

My guess, the handheld Cobra should be a Cobra 75 WXST. That's what I have and like.

This is the one you have, right Mike? Nathan is this the one you have?

I had this very same CB in my Jeep when it was taken. I'd had it for about 8 years prior. Very good unit.
