Subaru and Engel fridge

Hey all,
I just picked up a 2005 Subaru Outback. It's really just for work, but since I spend a lot of time on the road and with clients, I want to secure my spare Engel 45 qt. fridge for beverages and keeping my lunch cold. Plus, from time to time, I'm tasked with bringing home groceries.... I am looking for any ideas or photos of how anyone has secured their fridge either to the floor, or with a slide system. However, the caveat is that the spare tire is under the floorboard, and I need access to that, just in case. Please post photos and any helpful info you may have. Thanks!

My solution was sort of ghetto but it worked for me. I used the trunk carpet as a template and traced it onto a piece of plywood. I then made a custom platform to raise the fridge slide so it would clear the rear bumper. It was removable so I could access the spare tire, if I absolutely needed to.
