How large is the bed in the tent to accommodate 4 people? Is this sleeping 6 people? Are there only 2 seats inside the car?

Hi. There are 5 seats in the car, 2 at the front and 3 on the 3rd row. The second row has been removed.
The tent is the equivalent of a cal King mattress. It's really large. And you can definitely sleep four people. We had a family if 5 sleeping in it without a problem ;-)
Also you can sleep 2 adults inside the car. You have a queen mattress.

No why? You find this funny at all? :)

I'm guessing what he's getting at, is that a RWD 16 year old Suburban goes for like $3-6k. So you're asking for $18k+ for modifications like a cabinet and a RTT. Don't get me wrong, looks like a sweet setup.

Yes you're right. If you don't value at all the maintenance done and the fact that you are good to go for the next 18 months except brake pads and oil change :)

$6K if it's a 1/2 ton - a little more if it's a 2500, a little more with 4WD. JMHO. Is there even an upgraded off road suspension?

Ok :) no upgrade suspension. It's a 1500. With 6k you can barely find a Suburban with this mileage, this clean with this level of maintenance and upgrade. But it's your opinion, so I take it ;-)

Maintenance is nice and I would be willing to pay more for it but you cannot expect to pass on 100% of your maintenance costs to the buyer....
The cabinet is awesome but I dont get why a $3.5 RTT, maybe $2k of interior cabinets and some maintenance warrants 25k! for a 2wd, 16 year old Chevy with 130k

You would probably have better luck selling the RTT separetly and lowering your asking price

It looks awesome and very functional. Hey I hope you get $25k for it, might take a while but go for it.

Why do you think it is worth $25k?

Out of curiosity, how much would you value this camper?

SubOverland in Idaho sells subs fully built out like this for $10k including the vehicle and with 4x4, but no rooftop tent. That will probably be your best comparison. You can find their rigs for sale on Spokane, WA Craigslist- if your interested in comparing yours to theirs. You also shouldn't add the replacement of general ware and tare items to the price of the vehicle. GLWS
