Hey Alex, you mentioned that this rope is more dense than Amsteel. Does it still float? Just a curiosity of mine. Also I was planning on doing a rear winch on my truck so it would be underneath where the spare tire normally sits. Is this a good application for your rope where it will see minimal maintenance and lots of water/dirt from the road?

The rope still floats, it has a specific gravity less then 1.
If you are going with minimal maintenance I would recommend using our Superline XD with the outer braided cover, that rope will last longer in those conditions.
