Swing out tire carrier and bumper for 2nd gen Toyota Truck or 4runner.

Selling my latest bumper build...going in a different direction. Built this a year ago: main bumper is out of 2x3 .250 wall, while the tire carrier is 1.5x1.5 (can't remember thickness). Has trailer spindle hinge and two heavy duty toggle latches that clamp it shut.

This will work on a truck or 4runner that has had the fenders trimmed or will work on anything with new brackets made. It bolts to factory bumper location and I also welded in side supports.
