TC650 vs Ram 2500

Hey everybody long time lurker! So much great info!

Just bought a used 2007 tc650 gonna go in my 2013 ram2500. Won't be able to pick it up for a few days. Gonna go with happijac's for now and see how it works.

Question about loading the camper...will I need to raise the camper up out of the bed? I've seen some people need to build a little platform. I think my bed depth is 20". I'm gonna go with the tractor supply stall mat in the bottom.

Welcome to the Northstar group, I have a Chevy and my bed also is 20", as long as you have room under the cab-over=great.=brian

Typically on a Dodge and Ford Northstar recommends a 2" riser kit.
I have one on mine.
Contact Northstar to be sure. You're going to love the camper.

Thanks guys! I pick up the camper either Saturday or Monday and leaving Wednesday for a week of kayaking / fishing in the eastern sierras! I've gotta figure out a roof rack too.
