Teardrop Kit From CLC

I'm very familiar with CLC's boat kits - quality is excellent- looks like he's designed a teardrop kit...It's just the teardrop - you supply the trailer, (truck bed?). Interesting option for homebuilders - it would be very light & strong.Moe

Now, that is one nice kit! I wouldn't put it on a HF trailer but I would like to just build it. I like their kayak kits too!

It may just be me but it's small bad air flow , not Insulated , after a time the doors will be hard to stop from get water in. I have to look hard at the end cost and time for the room you get.

It's relative. It's tons more R value insulated than my ARB Simpson III rooftop tent, looks like there's a flare/gutter feature on the roofline that'll channel water away from the doors and the cost is in time as there are little teardrop options available at that price in either the DIY, kit, or manufactured market?
