Tepui (or other) Telescoping Ladder

I am looking for a telescoping ladder to use on the side of my Ursa Minor Vehicles J30 top (pictures below), and was hoping someone could share a picture of how the Tepui ladder (or other RTT telescoping ladder) attaches to the RTT. I am hoping to have secure, but relatively easily detachable set-up. Alternative suggestions welcomed.

Thanks,

Kelly

I found a picture of the Tepui ladder attachment. Pictures of other brand ladder attachments would be helpful. Thanks,

Glad you found a photo: I just bought on to put on my tent about 6 months ago. If you need any feedback or photos let me know. I'm selling that tent Saturday morning, so my offer is only good for photos until then.

Thanks, Z. Could you tell me the ladder width at the top, and how far down the brackets extend from the tent floor?

Did you find the ladder to be secure and easy to extend and collapse?

The Tepui brackets are roughly 1" below the base of the tent. I'll try to get you a measurement on the width when I get home tonight. I personally prefer the telescoping ladder over the sliding ladders. It is much more compact and easy to store if you need to remove it from the tent. Very easy to use and more versatile with an 8'6" fully extended height. Let me know if I can help you with a Tepui ladder if that's what you decide to do.

:sombrero: Here's the Tepui telescope ladder in short/long extension and it's attachment brackets are 18" apart !

The ladder extends/compressed very quick/easy-

Good luck

I have one of the new Tepui ladders on our tent & couldn't be happier with it. Be sure you ask for the version with the screws on the side, not top of the plastic ring, since they will scratch the surface of anything it lays upon.

Those ladders look just like the ones I use for work. They are called telestep. Found on Amazon.

We only sell the new model with the screws on the sides.

Do you happen to have a picture of of the two different ladder designs? Does the new Tepui ladder have other design changes other than the screw location change? Thanks.

This is the best I've got at the moment. This first pic is the old style. Screw locations at the front of the rungs. Rungs are very square with sharper corners. Locking tabs are red

.
This is the new style. Rung attachments are stronger with hex-head screws on the outside. Rung corners are smoother and rounded off and more comfortable to step on. Locking tabs are black and stronger mechanism.

We have the ladder you need. Collapses down to fit inside and has high impact hooks one one end and rubber feet at the other end. This ladder was tested by AM General at their lab in Indiana and only failed when the put 800 lbs on it. Solid piece of gear.
