Tepui Tents Customer Service

Has anyone had any contact with Tepui recently? I ordered a tent last week. I live in the USA and received shipping conformation that it was coming from Australia. The tracking number provided by Tepui has yet to update for almost a week. Australia Post says that it has not been scanned yet, shows no location. I've been trying to get in contact with Tepui for a few days. No return emails, they place me on hold indefinitely. Others say the same on their Facebook. Anyone recently order a tent?? I understand logistics have been screwed up since COVID-19, but what happened to Tepui as a company? Not that hard to reply to e-mails even in quarantine...

Thule now owns Tepui. Thule has excellent customer service. Try calling them.

I’ve been by the shop since then always outstanding customer service. May have fallen through the cracks somehow. I’d follow up I’m sure it will get handled!
