He really doesn't, he angles in a little bit towards me but that's it. He sleeps on his back a lot. Since I don't mind his feet encroaching on "my" side, it works fine.

We just picked up our Teton x a week ago and are doing a 2 week trip back home couldnt be happier with it. We started dealing with Lindsay when we originally ordered and i was quite concerned with the change in ownership since i had payed my initially 50% However after taking delivery and meeting most of the new owners i have been very impressed. Build quality seems very good and they have been very supportive of suggestions.
Picked up my TetonX a couple weeks ago, and first night was thunderstorms, pouring rain, and hail. Not a drop of water infiltrated - a good sign. Also can't say enough about the craftsmanship in this trailer - every screw, bolt, alignment, seal is top notch. Everything is inside the box and protected (ex. water tank drain valve). Precise routing of plumbing and electrical - everything accessible. Monster crosswind gusts in Columbia River gorge, and stable as a rock towing. Current staff there was fantastic. They may charge more relatively, but the quality is outstanding.

There hasn’t been much activity on this thread for a while so I want to offer up my experience with a TetonX Hybrid over the last year. My wife and I picked it up just before the 4th of July weekend in 2023, and spent the first week in southern Utah testing it out before returning home. Since then we’ve made several 1-2 week camping trips in the Sierras plus a few long weekends on the coast. We love the TetonX and are overall very happy with the purchase.
Like a lot of others, I first became aware of offroad trailers during the pandemic. After too much research, we placed a deposit with the original TetonX owners in late 2021. There were several features I wanted to customize that were possible at that time. When the build began in 12/22, there was much less flexibility for customization. I was really concerned during the ownership transition since we had just paid 50% down and there were new people taking over. It was a big relief that they were flexible and most of my requests were handled, either before delivery or through my own mods afterward.
If there’s any interest I can list out and show photos of our changes to the standard trailer.
