Texas to Alaska to Texas. 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid driving on the Dalton Highway and the Dempster Highway. July/August 2023.

Here is a short clip. I just wish I had the Audi I paid for that they refused to give me. It would have been in par with all the cars that passed me up as if I was standing.

I am still driving theough Switzerland.

At 1 am, I pulled over at a rest stop and tried to take a nap. It was hard. But I fell asleep and woke up at 3 am. I decided to get on the road.

Very curvy road and a big truck suddenly appeared behind me, gaining speed. I struggled to find a place to pull over for it to pass me. The speed limit was 80 kph and I was doing only about 50 kph and not able to find a pullout. The truck was riding aggressively on bumper. I felt his frustration and aggressiveness, but nowhere to pullover. I luckily found a place to pull out and he zoomed past me and disappeared on the curvy roads since I slowed down even more when he passed me.

After 40 minutes of driving, I saw some signs to slow down and suddenly a police appeared in front of me and waived me to stop. I stopped and he said road closed. He could barely speak English but he said road closed and I have to go back. He said the road will be opened again only 5 am. He gave me a piece of paper and luckily, I had just passed a very big rest stop.

I made a u-turn and drove back 5 miles to the rest stop. So many cars. So many trucks. A good place to rest.

I went and used the restroom and got my phone out to post my pictures from the Porche Museum. I am sitting here waiting for 5 am to get here so I can get back on the road with the over 20 cars parked here sleeping.

4:30 am. 30 more minutes left before I get on the road. 5 more hours to get to my final destination.

My plan today is to visit the Ferrari and Lamborghini Museums in Italy.

This is the rest stop that I am currently sitting at and waiting for 5 am to get here. Only 30 more minutes left

You pay here to use the restroom. They have amazing showers. I have all my luggage with me and I just was not mentally prepared or I would have just gotten my shower things and come and taken a very good shower here. Oh well, some other miraculous day. I am just waiting for 5 am to hit the road with these tons of cars here.

After a long and tiring sleepless drive through the night on the curvy and mountaneous highways in Switzerland, I finally made it to Bologna, Italy to visit the Lamborghini Museum, Headquarters and Factory. Take a look for yourself and decide what you think about it.

I went and had lunch and drove 50 minutes to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, Italy. Here is a video.

You guys can be the judge of which museum you prefer to visit. But if you can visit both, you wil appreciate them much more.

At the end of the Lamborghini tour, so many people were sitting outside looking for a ride. That is because the location is in a very small country town and majority of tourists do not have their own private vehicles. I thought to myself, what an opportunity to offer rides for cheap for aome extra money. But I did not have time at all to help anyone. I was hungry and needed to find food to eat and head over to Ferrari.

There were atleast 20 people looking for a way to get out of that place since after the tour there is not much to do out there. I am really happy I have a rental car here. I can get up and go anywhere any time. It is very convenient.
