Holy crap. I think it's about $250 to replace the windshield in my truck. Crazy. Is that typical pricing with Toyota's with lane departure? (with any model, not just LC's)Total bill for the OEM windshield replacement is as follows:
Subtotal-$1665.35
- Windshield (OEM#56101-6A957)-$991.17
- Moulding (#75531-60080)-$25.80
- Moulding (#75533-60082)-$114.19
- Moulding (#75534-60072)-$114.19
- Eurathane ($10/unit x 2)-$20
- Lane Departure Assist Recalibration-$150
- Labor-$250
Tax @ 8.25%-$104.39
Total-$1,769.74
The work is to be done at a Lexus dealer and the recalibration at the Toyota dealer next door. Normal recalibration fee according to book rate is $450 at the Lexus dealer, the Toyota dealer is doing it for $150. I have a total of $100 out of pocket after insurance, I can live with that so long as everything looks as it did prior to the incident.

who do you have for insurance? Liberty Mutual just rejected my request for OEM glass.OEM is better, lots of reports of the third party glass not working with wiper warmers etc. Doesn't bother me when I am only paying $100 of it either way.

I would consider RedArc a bit on the pricey side, but I feel like this is literally the only one that allows such a clean install so very easy to justify the cost. Most, non-factory, brake controllers are big and ugly and you have to put them in reach so they are hard to hide.
Did you get the factory controller on the Ram?
Could you share which RAM parts you used for the ball, mine is not as compact as yours, and did you use a rivnut?I couldn't handle the phone being in the charging tray any longer and on longer trips I need it visible for NAV/GPS. I went back to the tried and true Ram ball and phone cradle off of the grab handle.
