Keep us posted on the Joolca. Been looking at it. One thing is the đź’© hole seems rather small. Could be alleviated by using a coffee filter per mocement which is fairly common for some of these toilets.

Two observations worth mentioning:
The Boxio green biodegradable waste bags work great IF you plan to bury or otherwise properly dispose of them within about 48 hours of first use. They can degrade quicker than you might expect in warm/hot weather. When longer storage times are required…we use small bathroom sized white plastic waste can bags which hold up well. Tie up like a dry bag…roll up and then tie the bag ears.
The “dry system“ aspect of this design (and other similar units) is proving to be really important for winter season storage and use. No flushing water or waste tank freezing worries….but fully ready to “go”.
