The shots I posted above are straight out of the onboard camera. I have three useful apps though:
1. JotNote: This is useful to shoot text, like a price tag, and it crops, balances, straightens, and sharpens the image automagically to render the text as best as possible.
2. FlashFree: I don't use this much anymore now that I can tap on the screen to focus and adjust white balance, but with the 1G iPhone, it was pretty useful.
3. PhotoShop (mobile version): Does nice black and white, sepia, frames, sharpening, cropping, and other tools.

I've got the Nexus One and I'm decently happy with the camera it has.
I was reading about the new Nokia that will have a 12MP camera on it. I think that is excessive...
It takes ok pictures, one feature I like is that it geotags the photos, this one for example, I can see that this one was taken here
Alsothe apps allow me to upload them directly to Photobucket, instead of old school emailing them to myself then uploading.

I take a lot of shots with my 3GS, it's a great way to keep the creativity flowing.

When we just got to camp this past weekend we walked down to the West Fork of the Black river (stream really) and all I had was my iPhone. I liked how it captured the reflected colors in the water.

Those 3Gs sure take nice pictures....
I use my cell phone pictures mostly for work but here is a few from my Blackberry.
Small forest fire near Granite Creek, Wyoming a few weeks back.
A clients house....
In a different clients basement....
My dog is so bad at the vet even a muzzel won't do. He throws a huge fit even just getting his ears cleaned and nails cut so they have to knock him out cold everytime I take him in....
