For you iPhone guys...are you using the basic iPhone camera or an app? I've been wondering if the camera apps actually help.
The shots I posted above are straight out of the onboard camera. I have three useful apps though:
1.
JotNote: This is useful to shoot text, like a price tag, and it crops, balances, straightens, and sharpens the image automagically to render the text as best as possible.
2.
FlashFree: I don't use this much anymore now that I can tap on the screen to focus and adjust white balance, but with the 1G iPhone, it was pretty useful.
3.
PhotoShop (mobile version): Does nice black and white, sepia, frames, sharpening, cropping, and other tools.
