The New Guy and his Discovery

So I was testing the compression on the high mileage motor in the white truck to see if I could keep it in there until I finish the build since it has good compression. The only issue is that it has a couple of oil drips which I originally thought were from the rear main seal since it was collecting by the bell housing so I decided to pressure wash everything to find the source and it seams to be coming from the rear of the head gaskets on both sides. The oil is not mixing with the antifreeze and it's not smoking at all. I have never actually seen a head gasket leaking outside from one of the oil channels from the block to the head.

Does anyone know if this common with these motors? If it is I might change the gaskets on the donor motor. Thank you.
