When I told my friend that I bought a Bigfoot camper and a GMC truck, he sent me this picture of his neighbor's camper...

I really like Bigfoot campers, but that one looks kind of nasty.
With a LOT of elbow grease it would look great again.

BTW- What tie downs are those? I'd lose them....because that's exactly where zombies would hang onto.

I have seen that jack setup before when it first came out on market.
Lower it down, drive off, and the camper is stable.

That jack system is called the Stable Lift. I've read about them, but never run across anyone who owned one. As the name implies, they are supposed to increase the stability when the camper is off the truck.

The camper sure has been neglected. That's the same vintage as our '99 model, and while we have some oxidation on the fiberglass, and some of the decals are faded, our's looks about 200% better than that one.

Nice looking camper, just a bit dirty. Hopefully the inside is better off than the outside.

That jack system is awesome.

The only reason that I wouldn't want one like that is because it'd be a tight fit in the back of the Tacoma. :p

Looks like just some road spray, a few dollars at a car wash and it would look a lot better.

I love the jacks for dropping and stability but I am afraid that driving it may grab on something.

No need to worry about zombies grabbing on that thing, it would get ripped off long before that on the roads I use.

When looking into them for my camper they said they have never had someone looking for parts because the ripped one off on a rough road. Hard to believe looking at them. Seems a great way to load unload. About $2500.

Holy crap, I couldn't stomach attempting to take that thing on anything beyond improved/maintained dirt roads. I can't imagine the amount of wallowing it must suffer from.

I'm not into naming vehicles but that one is inspiring....the USS Deep Fryer.....the USS Cholesterol Caravan....the USS Deep Fried Butter Pat Buggy.

Christian, I didn't know you were related to Larry the Cable Guy.
