I picked up my trailer from Roth Industries in September. I’ve been adding my own touches every weekend since.
On the drive home:

First thing I did was pull the single Group 24 AGM battery and installed two Group 31 LiFePo4 batteries

Then I added an ARB fridge and slide

There was a bunch of other wiring I changed around, but that’s all boring.
Here’s more pics

You’ll notice there’s a scissor lift on the lid, that raises and lowers the tent platform.

It also has an onboard 19 gallon water tank

A quick deployment just to see

Inside joke... it’s a CFW thing.

My first outing at Peters Point Beach. I plan to do the GA Traverse over Thanksgiving.

You might consider a circuit breaker at that battery +ve terminal?
And how are you charging those batteries?
Cheers,
Peter

The PV wires go to a charge controller, the charge controller is connected to the shunt in the battery box.

Should still consider the circuit breaker. A short anywhere with Li (or any battery) can quickly turn to fire, and you sleep right on top of it.
Solar is good! How much?
Cheers,

Of course there's a circuit breaker, as stated earlier in my original post, no one wants to see boring wiring.

My trailer has a 19gal water tank, and the original design was the water would be gravity fed to the spout. Well, this isn't cutting it, so I wanted to add a demand pump. What have yous been using?

Like the tent platform. Can you do a closer pix of the pivot points? I have been messing about with lift options and like yours a lot. Looks simple, is it stable and tight when raised?

I don't have close up pics, there's not much to it except some tube, bolts and washers... that's all you'd see. There are tabs off the rails that the square tube fits into in the up position, the lift can hold up a car so it does a fine job of keeping me off the ground. It's very stable.

I'm installing a REDARC DC to DC charger this weekend. This way I can charge whilst I'm underway, and I can plug my solar panel into it's MPPT charger. I'll be sure to take pics of the fuses for Peter_n_Margaret.

Thanks :)
The RedArc is a quality product. Manufactured in the Adelaide where I live. They have a reputation of providing first class technical back up.
It has one small down side (IMHO) in that it can only handle EITHER the solar OR the DC-DC at any one time, not both together.
Cheers,
Peter

I added some REDARC goodness in the form of this DC to DC charger. It has a lithium charge profile and an MPPT solar charger in one package.

By popular demand, check out the MIDI fuses. One goes to the vehicle charge wire, the other, to the battery bank.

I still have to figure out where I’m going to mount the other Anderson connector to the Jeep, but peep the mad cable build skillz.

It’s been a while, and much has been done since my last post. Among the new additions:

Flipped the axle and added bigger tires
Replaced my ARB awning with a Eezi Awn Manta
Added an on demand water pump
Replaced the light over the galley with led strips of white and amber there’s a toggle to switch between the two
Since the deck was getting heavier as I upgraded equipment, I added a pipe and holder to act as a lever
