I upholstered the bench seats with the black marine pleather! :ylsmoke:
It was a big learning experience, as I had never tried to upholster anything. But I am happy with how it ended up. Still need to make some trim pieces to finish it off.
I have no idea how it will hold up, as it was an odd job to do. I wanted to keep the hinged top of the benches for access to the storage areas, so it was not a normal upholstery fit.
Overall I like the look, and the benches are now soft, warm, and comfortable.

The only in-progress photo I got. The fabric taped to the wall so I could staple the underside, before I slid the pad underneath and stapled the front and sides.
