New shocks certainly wouldn’t hurt but I’m sure the springs have a lot of life left in them. I went the simple route on mine and put 5100’s on the front set at the 3rd notch on the original (259k mile) springs, it went up almost 1 3/4”. It sits dead level now and the ride quality is great. If you want a little bit of rake set them on the 2nd notch for 1” of lift. You’ll be able to fit 32’s (275/70’s on the factory 17” wheels). The 5100’s marketed for the rear are actually too short for these trucks, use the 4600’s instead. If you want to lift the rear LC100 springs will give you about 2” or there are 10, 20, and 30mm spacers available.
