That 100w Eclipse panel uses the same 18% efficient monocrystalline cells as the 50w kit I linked to. So the 100w panel is going to be exactly double the size of the 50w.
They do offer the 50w kit with 17% efficient polycrystalline cells for like 3 bucks less. I'd just pay the three bucks myself.
If you want compact, Sharp, Panasonic and SunPower all make panels up around 22% efficiency, but they are pricey. (30% is the theoretical limit using single layer silica glass cells. Sharp set a record of 44% in the lab using special triple layer cells.)
