This website speed suddenly crawling or is it me?

QUESTION: Would it be difficult for EXPO site admin to require a simple standardized form for sellers to use when listing a vehicle e.g. the seller inputs MAKE, MODEL, YEAR OF MFR, MILEAGE, etc. in a form and this is in turn presented in the title in an orderly fashion?

FWIW, I don't see any ads on my computer but this site is occasionally slow for no apparent reason.

Not slower, but the ads have made the mobile version un-useable. Here’s a screenshot from just now

That's same I see nonstop at the bottom of my page. Plenty of ways to list ads but the google ads are painful.

I cant even use this site anymore from my phone, the ads basically destroy it, as mentioned above.

On the home PC, yes, its much slower than used to be. Guessing due to ridiculous amount of ads, but unsure

I’ve used it on mobile and PC since it was new in 2008. Search results have gotten much better over the years.

*mobile when I got a smartphone in 2010 or so.

I'd also require location on this form as that is important. I've been wondering for years why this site allows such a gibberish hash of disjointed information about vehicles for sale, which is a PIA to read through trying to just get the basic facts. How many times have we seen responses from frustrated readers asking for the price, the mileage, the location, etc.? Has nobody else thought of this?

For some reason most ad pics don’t fully download while In the ad. I get 1/2 the picture unless I physically download each pic one at a time as if wanting to save it to my hard drive

I was ready to abandon this site till I got an ad blocker. The Walmart (I avoid Walmart at all costs) ads were the worst. The blocker works very well so far. Well worth $10/month.

These screen pop ups like you have shown are why I have been avoiding this site on my phone!!! So ********** annoying. I use chrome for all my other sites and never have these types of ads...

Issue is, the mods/admins have crossed the line to the point where ad revenue outweighs all else, so anything that will limit usage.

Glowing example is them refusing to implement a minimum post count for classified ads.

I am on a ton of forums for various things, and Expo has become HANDS DOWN the worst classifieds section of them all.

The mods wont do anything to clean it up for fear of losing new members, they have basically said as much in one of my other posts about that here.

So now you have dozens, if not hundreds of brand new members, listing overpriced clapped out piles, with all the farkly bits detailed to a freaking Tee, but missing super basic info like Mileage, Year, Location, etc... Over and Over again, and the mods simply refuse to address it.
