throttle body cleaner preference/O2 sensors?

Just interested to hear about people's preference regarding throttle body cleaner.
What do you use, and what have you tried?

Additionally, I've never replaced my O2 sensor(s), and I'm wondering if replacing one, or more, will improve gas mileage.
If so, which sensor(s) do folks recommend replacing? Lastly, is it possible to reuse the existing wiring, and just replace the sensor?
Again, just looking for people's thoughts and experience.

I used to work at a mitsu dealer. There were no special precautions. We used BRC t-body cleaner.
